liftshare Week

Thank you to everyone who helped make liftshare Week 2011 our best week ever!

In just five days, over 6,000 new members signed up to the liftshare network to give car-sharing a try. That’s a lot more cars coming off the road, a lot less pollution, and a lot of money saved.

We provided a lot of advice, support and templates, and saw some great campaigns from many clients, just a few of which included:

• Stands and freebies using the campaign's 'remember' theme
• A TV advert and getting on the local BBC news
• Radio competitions
• Car park banners
• Customised posters and flyers
• Direct emails to all staff
• Extensive Twitter coverage

One NHS client emailed afterwards to thank the liftshare team for its support during liftshare Week: "Our new registrations far exceeded my expectations. Although we are a small scheme, we had a massive % increase in the period 26 September-10 October. The publicity material offered by liftshare was excellent."
