Remember when British ports were blockaded to protest against petrol hitting 80p a litre?! That was in 2000.
Our new 'board game' infographic pinpoints this and other cultural and political events of the past 18 years (some serious, some not so much!).
We thought it would be a fun way to bring back a few memories, put fuel prices in context, and put some perspective on just how much you can save when you share your car...
