What a waste - all those empty seats!

Everyone's talking about the empty seats. Even the boss of the British Olympic Association calls them "unacceptable" – adding "this has to be sorted".
We agree. Although we've been talking about them for years.
There are 38million empty seats EVERY rush hour! (Car seats, that is).
Imagine how clear the UK's roads would be if we all filled our cars, rather than 90% of car commuters driving alone.
In fact, increasing our average car occupancy from 1.2 to just 1.4 people per car would decrease congestion by 10%.
