Instructions

To add this message to your emails, select the type of email you use from the drop-down menu and follow the directions displayed.

Outlook Signature Installation Instructions:

  1. Highlight the signature text and then right-click and select copy.
  2. In Outlook, go to Tools > Options > Mail Format > Click on the Signatures button.
  3. In the Create Signature dialog box, click New.
  4. In the Create New Signature dialog box, title your new signature. If you’d still like to include your standard signature information that you already use, select “use this existing signature as a template” before selecting Next.
  5. In the Edit Signature dialog box, place the cursor where you would like the liftshare signature to appear (if you’re using your standard signature it probably makes sense to put the liftshare signature after your basic info) and select Paste (Edit > Paste or CTRL+V).
  6. Change the font and size to what you would like, then click save
  7. After you have successfully pasted the signature there, click OK. You should be able to see how the full signature will appear. Click OK.
  8. At this point the Tools > Options menu is still open. You can change your default signature to be the liftshare signature by selecting it from the drop-down menu next to “signature for new messages” and/or “signature for replies & forwards”.
  9. If you want to continue using your standard signature, but choose the liftshare signature on a case by case basis, you can select it during the composition of an email by right-clicking on the signature field.

Outlook Express/Windows Mail Signature Installation Instructions:

  1. Highlight the signature text and then right-click and select copy.
  2. Open Microsoft Outlook Express
  3. Select Tools > Options
  4. Select the Signatures tab
  5. Click “New”
  6. Select the “Add signatures to all outgoing messages” checkbox
  7. Click “Text” under the “Edit Signature” section (near the bottom)
  8. In text box, Paste (Edit > Paste or CTRL+V) the signature text
  9. Change the colour, font and size to what you would like, then click save
  10. Click “Apply” (near bottom right)
  11. Compose a new message and verify the new signature is in place

Yahoo Mail Instructions:

  1. Highlight the signature text and then right-click and select copy
  2. In Yahoo Mail, go to Options > Mail Options
  3. Click on signature link on the left
  4. Select ‘Show a signature on all outgoing messages’
  5. In the text box, Paste (Edit > Paste or CTRL+V) the signature text
  6. Change the colour, font and size to what you would like, then click save
  7. Click Save Changes and then Back to Mail.
  8. When you compose a new message you will see that the signature appears at the bottom of your message.

Gmail:

  1. Highlight the signature text and then right-click and select copy
  2. Go to Settings > Signatures > Paste the liftshare text

Hotmail:

  1. Highlight the signature text and then right-click and select copy
  2. Go to Options > More Options > Customise your mail > Personal e-mail signature > Paste the liftshare text
  3. Change the colour, font and size to what you would like, then click save

Apple Mail:

  1. Highlight the signature text and then right-click and select copy
  2. Go to Mail > Preferences and select the signatures tab
  3. Click the + Button and name your signature, then paste the liftshare text in the signature area to the right
  4. Change the colour, font and size to what you would like, then click save
